DELIVERY T&C’s:

Please Note:

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday and are dispatched the next working day.

  • We cannot arrange couriers at the weekend.

  • If you require a faster delivery service we will do our best to arrange this for you but additional cost may apply. To discuss shipping options please contact us at info@atticogroup.co.uk or 01202 769777.

  • We offer fixed shipping charges for UK. These are automatically generated on the billing page once you have entered your delivery address.

  • Please include your email and telephone number when placing an order as this enables us to send you tracking information and for you to arrange re-delivery if you were not in to accept the delivery.

 
UK Shipping:

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £50. For UK orders under £50 we charge a flat rate of £10

  • Average delivery times are 1-2 working days from dispatch, 2-3 working days from the date you placed your order.

  • Deliveries to the Highlands and Northern Ireland may take longer.

  • UK destinations include England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.

 
European Shipping:

  • For European customers, please contact us directly and we will give you a cost for international delivery.

  • Average delivery times are 6 – 10 working days but this can vary and delays at customs can occur which are beyond our control.

Important Information:

  • We cannot send any large or heavy items within Europe.

  • Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country.

  • Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

  • We cannot mark any orders as ‘gifts’ or with lower value so please don’t ask us to do so.

 
Rest of the World:

  • For non-UK customers, please contact us directly and we will give you a cost for international delivery.

  • Average delivery times are 10 – 20 working days but this can vary and delays at customs can occur which are beyond our control.

IImportant Information:

Missing Items:

We don’t often have orders that go missing but sadly it can happen.

All customers will be provided with tracking details so please check the parcels status here first.

If you are within the UK and your parcel still hasn’t turned up after 7 working days and you have check that your neighbours don’t have it then please email us at info@atticogroup.co.uk and we will do our best to track it for you.

 If you are outside the UK customs delays are often the problem so please make sure to leave at least 28 working days before reporting it missing to us.

 


GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday and require a signature upon receipt.

  • We cannot request that your parcel be left without a signature so please take this into account when choosing your delivery address, is it best to have it sent to your place of work?

  • Delivery times are approximate and are subject to change.

  • We cannot be held responsible for postage delays either in the UK or to overseas.

  • We use a variety of different couriers to best facilitate your order delivery, depending on its size and delivery location.

  • Un-delivered packages can be re-arranged or a collection organised but this will depend on the courier used, please refer to the ‘missed delivery card’ left by the courier for further instructions

  • Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Scotland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Wales.

 

RETURNS T&C’s

We hope that you always love your orders from Seed but we understand that sometimes they’re not quite right. Where possible we will always endeavour to facilitate the return of goods but please note there are some items that cannot be returned.


NON- Returnable Goods:

  • Bespoke orders

  • Limited Edition Items

  • Sale Items

If you wish to return something that is not listed above please read the details below.


Items bought online:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of delivery of any items you wish to return. Please email us at info@atticogroup.co.uk detailing your name, order number, the item you wish to return and the reasons for doing so.

  • Once we have received and responded to your notification please return the goods to the following address: 23 Westbourne Arcade Bournemouth BH4 9AY

  • Items must be returned unused, in a perfect condition, where possible in its original packaging and must include your receipt.

  • You, the customer, must arrange and cover the cost of the return postage. We recommend that you send it via a tracked and insured service as the goods are your responsibly until they reach us.

  • We cannot credit or refund any return items that go missing in transit or are damaged on arrival.

  • Once we have received the item(s) and established they are in a perfect condition we will issue you with either a credit note or refund as per your request.

  • Please note we can only credit or refund you for the value of the returned product(s) but not the original or return postage cost.

  • We aim to process credit notes and refunds as quickly as possible once we have received the goods.

  • You will receive an email from us once we have issued the refund or credit note which can take up to 7 working days to reach your bank.

  • If after 7 days of receiving our email you still have not received the money please get in touch and we will investigate the problem.

 

Items bought in store:

  • We cannot refund items seen and bought in store unless proven to be faulty before purchase.

  • We can give an exchange or credit note for items returned to us within 14 days of purchase if the items are returned in a perfect condition with a receipt of purchase.

  • We cannot offer any kind of exchange or credit note for any item returned without a receipt or after 14 days of purchase.

 

IMPORTANT for customers returning goods from outside the EU:

If you are returning items from outside the EU you MUST mark them very clearly as Returned Goods. If they are labelled incorrectly we will be unable to refund you any costs we may incur from customs to release them.
