Attico Grand Reopening

Sid Dickens Memory Blocks

It goes without saying that it has been a challenging year for everybody, with the pandemic throwing society into chaos. However, there has been the slightest glimmer of a silver lining here at Attico. The restricted opening of businesses and resulting downtime has given us the opportunity to make progress with some exciting plans we’ve had in the pipeline for some time.

Attico - Window

We have officially combined Attico and our sister shop The Rán Gallery into one business and moved into a brand new premises! This change allows us to offer the fantastic range of products available at both shops from one location – increasing efficiency on our part and providing a much more convenient shopping experience for both Attico and The Rán Gallery customers.

Attico incorporating The Rán Gallery will be opening on April 12th at 23 Westbourne Arcade – right next door to our original Attico shop. We absolutely adore Westbourne Arcade and we are thrilled to be staying within this fantastic community.

Those familiar with us and the area will recognise that our new premises was previously home to Stanwells. We had such a great time as their neighbours and we’re going to miss them. The Stanwells team have some exciting plans to expand their online department, massively increasing the number of people their range of stylish and niche fashion brands is available to, and will be operating out of their original boutique location in Lymington. We wish them all the best for the future, and if you ever find yourself in Lymington please pay them a visit!

The Same Attico, With More to Love

Attico - Books

We’re sure by now you’re wondering what to expect from our new store. Well you’ll be happy to learn that we’ll still be offering the same type of products that Attico and The Rán Gallery are renowned for! From Sid Dickens Memory Blocks, Steiff Bears and art from local artists to Stoneglow Candles, quirky books, unique gifts and greeting cards for all occasions – you can rest assured we’ll still have a selection of enchanting and delightful items.

However, we’ll also be introducing many more products, including fabulous new and exclusive antiques as well as a range of industrial inspired lighting, which we are particularly excited about as we just know they’ll be a huge hit! In addition to this, our new antiques corner is sure to be popular with those looking to discover interesting, preloved pieces.

To celebrate the beginning of this new chapter we have also updated the Attico branding, courtesy of the very talented Billy Allinson, which we can’t wait to reveal. We’re so excited to welcome customers back to show you all what we’ve been working so hard on.

New Additions to Westbourne Arcade

Our old Attico premises will also reopen on April 12th for a limited period in order to sell off old lines of stock. Whilst there are many items we’re sad to see go, we’ll be making room for many more new and exciting ones. This shop will be open for 4 weeks after which the unit has already been let – we’re looking forward to discovering who our new neighbours will be!

It’s testament to the popularity of Westbourne Arcade that our previous Rán Gallery premises at #22 has also been taken on immediately. A Little Decorum, owned by our lovely friend Alan Reade, will be opening in April offering a wonderful selection of contemporary gifts and interiors. We’re sure the shop will be a huge hit and further enhance the already excellent shopping experience that Westbourne Arcade guarantees.

Attico Reopening April 12th

As you can imagine it is a very exciting time for us and we simply cannot wait to see all of our amazing customers again, as well as meeting many more new faces, in our brand new home. Make sure you follow us on Instagram and Facebook to get the first peek of our new items as they arrive. If there’s a certain piece you have your eye on or you’re just dying to have a good old fashioned browse, please come and say hi when we reopen on April 12th or whenever you get the chance!
